Craig Cruz On: 28-02-2007 01:44:58 This is a place where you can definately get away from the tourists. The location is prime...it is close to everything! Especially that little hotdog/burger stand in front of a house just off the main road! The guesthouse is amazingly comfortable. And the breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, we didn't get to eat breakfast until our last day due to the fact that we came in late every night and slept in late every morning. But that breakfast was most definately a meal to appreciate. The guesthouse was pleasantly quiet. The landscaping adds to the beauty of your experience on the island. If you like animals than the ones that roam the property will definately put a smile on your face...especially the black cat that purrs loudly when your scratch behind the ears or the dog that will roll over in your path to get a belly rub! The exotic birds are amazingly beautiful. And there are turtles somewhere on the property! A most relaxing establishment to stay in. Most affordable place on the island with the most personable hosts. I recommend this establishment to everyone.

João Jayme On: 23-02-2007 22:04:22 Foi maravilhoso!!!! Foi maravilhoso Eu e o William termos nos hospedado no Little David. É uma pousada muito charmosa com poucas suites muito bem decoradas. A piscina, a cozinha e demais dependências comuns aos hospedes são mantidas em perfeita limpeza. Noud e Francis viraram amigos adoráveis. O Café da Manhã é diferente a cada dia e é como se fosse um almoço. Através do Noud e Francis conhecemos muitas pessoas de Aruba que nos levavam para passear e também se transformaram em amigos. O Noud conseguiu descontos no aluguel do carro e no pacote para o Mergulho. Saí da ilha chorando, pois a muito tempo não me sentia tão feliz. Thanks our friends Noud and Francis. We loved you. We will be back. Wait for us soon.

Joel On: 13-02-2007 14:19:23 Wonderful Little David is a true oasis with a wonderful assortment of plants and animals that truly takes you back to nature away from the tourist crowds. The guesthouse is a beautiful haven for guys from around the world, all of whom were most agreeable and helpful when I visited. Everything is the handiwork of Noud, who does everything to make things pleasant and takes pride in these great sourroundings and his very special breakfasts, different each day. His partner, Frans, is the perfect foil of pleasantness and grace. You want to get away - then go to this litle paradise. All friends of David will very pleased and have a wonderful time!

Andrew On: 13-02-2007 04:21:02 a very pleasant visit Hello Noud and Frans, Wow, one week has passed already since my very short retreat to Little David. I still wake up in the morning wishing that I were there, racing to get to the breakfast table before the bell rings. Thanks again for making my stay so pleasant. I felt sincerely welcomed in your guest house. I can’t be sure when, but I will certainly visit again and stay a bit longer. As I shovel the snow from my driveway and scrape ice from the windshield of my car, I mentally escape to sipping Johnnie Walker by the pool at night with my new friends from Aruba, Brazil, Amsterdam and so many other places... Jongens wat hebben we het heerlijk gehad bij jullie.Ten eerste natuurlijk jullie paradijselijk onderkomen, maar ook gezellige avonden met al de mannen, de wijn niet te vergeten en al die leuke mensen die we ontmoet hebben. GEWELDIG.We moeten het allemaal nog verwerken, zoveel meegemaakt! We zijn nu aan ons bedje toe, Noud, de papilotten gaan erin en we gaan eerst maar eens slapen. We mailen wel weer, hou je kerst en nieuwjaar voor ons vrij? Een hele dikke knuffel van Henny en Janneke.

I hope you arrived home well. It was great to meet you. Neil and Scott --- brilliant companions. Francois and Noud, as always, were perfect hosts, if not perfect (ahem) gentlemen. I love this place and will be back as soon as I possibly can. Scott, Neil, a la prochain Noel peut etre?? Henjie and Janica you were great companions also. That would be fun. Titus Pächter On: 31-12-2006 21:08:37 Unser Besuch auf der Fröhlichen und Freundlichen Insel Hallo Noud und Francouice! Es war ein sehr schöner Weihnachtsurlaub auf der Insel der freundlichen und fröhlichen Menschen und Ihr ward gute aber auch ein bischen verrückte Gastgeber!! Auch Eure vielen Tiere , die zwei sehr lieben und gar nicht bissigen aber immerzu küssenden und abschleckenden Hunde, die 3 Katzen, besonders aber die schwarz/weiße schnurrende Mietze und die ständig plappernden 3 Papageien, die wir auch heimlich mit etwas Obst fütterten, waren uns wohlgesonnen...., ja und dann gab es noch die Moskitos, die mochten uns auch so sehr.............., da wünschte ich mir für das nächste mal weniger davon. Nun dafür könnt Ihr aber nichts, dass uns alle so gern haben. es waren aber auch nette Gäste aus anderen Ländern da, besonders aus Holland, Surinam und U.S.A. und Canada und man trifft ja auf der Insel auch viele andere Nationalitäten z.B aus Aruba (ist ja klar oder?) & aus Jamaika, Trinidat, Columbien und Venezuela und alle sorgten sich um unser Wohlergehen oder auch um unsere sexuelle Befriedigung, ob am Abend an der Eagel Beach unter den Divi-Bäumen oder aber bei Jimmi's in der GayBar oder am steinigen Badestrand des Leuchtturms. Aber es gibt ja auch noch den anderen schoeneren Strand am Tag bei der Eagel Beach! Wir nahmen die besten Eindrücke mit nach Hause! Und bestimmt kommen wir einmal wieder zu Euch zurück nach Aruba .... P.S. man kann auch schöne Kurztrips nach Curacao oder Carracas unternehmen, denn so gefährlich wie Noud es uns weißmachen wollte, ist es keineswegs! Wenn man freundlich ist und auch alle anderen liebt, lieben die anderen einen doch auch!! Die Beiden Deutschen Titus & Frank (ehemals aus der DDR)
